With a background in education, Patty started her fledgling company with one desk.  Twenty-one years and numerous awards later, Patty is a top producer, ranking in the top 1% of all realtors in the United States. We closed over $30 million in 2006, for a total of over $500 million in her career.

Now with a staff of seven, The McCarthy Group has developed a proven marketing system that earns her listing clients an average of over 98% of asking price.

Buyers, too, benefit from her years of experience in negotiating, and the availability of staff to monitor new listings as they appear on the market.
